"Cream" of Vegetable Soups / Crunchy Boiled Vegetables

"Cream" of Vegetable Soups.

Process:

  1. Heat up 2 cups of water in a stainless steel pot, with the contents of one bag of frozen vegetables, and 1 tsp of salt. 
  2. After it is boiling and bubbling, turn it off immediately.
  3. Drain the vegetables, but keep the 2 cups of water in a container (do not throw them out)
  4. Get 2 cups of room temperature water and put them in the blender.
  5. Add the cooked vegetables to the blender and blend.
  6. Pour the mix from the blender back onto the pot, and add again the 2 cups of hot water. 
  7. Serve.

Crunchy Vegetables

Process:

  1. Heat up 2 cups of water in a stainless steel pot, with the contents of one bag of frozen vegetables, and 1 tsp of salt. 
  2. After it is boiling and bubbling, turn it off immediately.
  3. Drain the vegetables.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. You may add some sesame seeds on top for serving.
