Rules of Engagement During Your Feng Shui Immersion Online Consultation

PRIVACY

Moni will create a Private Facebook group for your consultation and she will email you a link so you can request to join within 24 hours of your registration.

As soon as you join the Facebook group Moni will change the group from Visible to Hidden so that only you and Moni can ever see what’s posted in the group or even know the group exists. 

FLOOR PLAN

Your consultation starts when you upload a floor plan of your home to the Facebook group created for your consultation, as well as share a link to the google maps listing of your home address.

VIDEOS

Throughout the consultation Moni will share videos with you regarding the step or task you are working on at the time either to help you understand what is being done or to give you instructions on how to complete a task. Every time Moni shares a video with you she will ask you to let her know when you’ve watched the video. Your consultation will only continue after you have let Moni know that you have watched the video (s).

ONE TASK AT A TIME

Moni will give you only one task at a time and will check that the task was completed correctly before moving on. As soon as you order what you need or you make a decision/plan on what needs to be done, we consider the task completed.

COMMUNICATION AND SPEED OF PROGRESS

Before Moni can give you tasks for your Feng Shui consultation she will need to get information from you by asking you questions and requesting current photos or videos. The speed at which your consultation advances will depend on how soon you answer questions and provide the information requested, as well as how fast you complete the tasks. 

RESPONSIVENESS

Moni will visit the Facebook group five days per week, at least once a day, to check your progress. 

After you answer a question or upload requested photos or videos, give Moni 24 hours to analyze them before getting back to you. 

Moni works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Moni takes a break on Wednesdays and Sundays.

NOTIFICATIONS

Unless you have specifically turned off notifications for the Facebook group Moni will create for you, you should receive notifications every time Moni posts in your group or answers a question from you. However, the Facebook app can glitch and sometimes you won't receive notifications. It is your responsibility to check the Facebook group often to stay on top of your consultation even if you haven't received notifications.

QUESTIONS

You can ask any questions you need to ask about the step or task at hand, and about any previous steps or tasks addressed.

Other questions can be asked during live group meetings done via Zoom at 5 PM Eastern Time (2 PM Pacific) on Thursdays.

EXPECTED PROGRESS

Moni will expect you to complete at least one task per week. 

DURATION

Usually, every step in the Nine Steps to Feng Shui® System will take several tasks to complete. 

Most clients complete one to three steps per month. Expect your consultation to last between three to nine months. 

PAYMENT

This is a subscription service, so your card will be charged automatically every month on the same day of the month that you registered. If you need to pause or stop a payment, let Moni know at least five days before the payment is due and she will stop the payment for you. 

CANCELATION

If you stop communicating with Moni for more than three weeks, Moni will end your consultation and stop the next payment from going through, but there will be no refunds for the portion of the month that was unused.
